They have stopped carrying items that are available in every other Costco such as soups ( claim they don’t have room) we complained they brought it back for a month . It’s very popular but they claim it’s a seasonal item .... it’s the winter !!!! They also stopped carrying Gabila knishes , Hebrew national salami, and many other items . ... In general, wonderful source but you need to be selective about products, specifically Kirkland brand peanut butter. We bought several jars, all the consistency of watery soup. We live far enough away that returning for exchange/refund was impractical, and we threw away our receipt. We also bought a prepaid phone on the same that has been anything but reliable. That WILL go back. Otherwise, great prices and very helpful staff.

In one visit my family had difficult interactions with 3 different employees. I’m so very disappointed because for years we have had good experiences. But lately it hasn’t been as good and today’s visit was just terrible. I mean one of the employees smacked my hand from touching a product. Why is it tolerated to touch let alone slap a customer? So very disappointed in this store. I’m thankful that there are significantly better stores with better prices and much kinder employees.
