Came in towards the end of the day (about 15 minutes from closing) with an issue I had with my gas permeable contact lenses. The staff treated us very kindly and took swift action. Marlene had assisted me in getting my contact lens out, and was a huge lifesaver!
It used to be so different here. I have gotten my glasses adjusted here and they seemed very professional and thorough. This time I had no mirror in front of me, the guy didn't measure or mark anything but I still trusted that he made it straight because I never left here with crooked glasses. Now I'm home and the glasses are obviously lopsided and now I have to go back. before I work so I don't look like an idiot who sat on their glasses in front of customers. I will never go anywhere else now. Comprehensive exam, and the glasses are a fraction of the cost of the chains like LensCrafters
