This is a review for an eye exam, not the eye glass dispensary which has courteous, competent and helpful staff. I took my blue shield insurance card in three weeks ago to book an exam for new glasses. I told the receptionist I had VSP insurance through my Blue Shield plan. She took my card, looked me up online and insisted that I did not have coverage but that I could pay 89 dollars for an exam. She said a lot of people think that they are covered at this location but are not. I declined to pay for a free annual exam. I con... read more
