This is a review for an eye exam, not the eye glass dispensary which has courteous, competent and helpful staff. I took my blue shield insurance card in three weeks ago to book an exam for new glasses. I told the receptionist I had VSP insurance through my Blue Shield plan. She took my card, looked me up online and insisted that I did not have coverage but that I could pay 89 dollars for an exam. Unique style of eye exam with excellent results.
Many thanks to Jim at the Rohnert Park Costco optical department. I was seeing blurry in my new prescription glasses but the doctor confirmed that my prescription was correct. I was frustrated because there didn't seem to be a resolution. Jim insisted on checking to be sure my eyeglasses were adjusted correctly. After a few tweaks and adjustments I could see much clearer and it made a world of difference. Thanks again Jim!
