They don't ship if you purchase in-store, so twice I came in to try and pick up my frames. First time they had just closed early that day without any indication online, so it was a trip for nothing. Second time, the desk was unmanned for 15 plus minutes and took probably 30 to pick up my glasses. Overall bad experience

If I can only give zero star on service..! Worst experience ever! John W. Bates the 'manager' was the rudest person I had ever had dealt at this place. He's so rude and disrespectful he shouldn't be there dealing with customers. The lab Costco Optical Department uses are equally unprofessional. They are liars. I previously used this place for two pairs of prescription glasses, they were ok and conveniently close to where I live and I decided to make two more pairs. Awesome doctor here. Called her for an appointment for an eye exam and got in days later for a great price. She was kind and knowledgeable. Didn’t deal with anyone at the counter. What a great service though. Not sure why the low marks but its def not the doctor I saw,
Worst ever experience with contacts. I went in for the first five for a contacts prescription and was not helped much with putting in my contacts. The ophthalmologist totally ignored the fact that I'm struggling with getting them on. Told me to come in with contacts on for a prescription which I have been unable to do and hence have not received a prescription yet 3 months after my initial appointment. Very disappointed with the service...
