Given that glasses and lenses are so expensive I have purchased my glasses here for the last 3 years. At any other place I would spend at least $300-$500 out of pocket even with insurance. At Costco optical I can always get my lens and frame for under $200. And then, applying my insurance, it’s about $120 total out of pocket. And I am always 100% satisfied. It’s a no-brainer!
Best experience picking up glasses. Vinny was very helpful and informative. Really appreciated his amazing customer service!
The map showed it was open, but I came all the way here and it was closed. Wasn't there an update on the website in advance?
I left before my appointment even started due to lack of professionalism.
