Waited in line for more than one hour just to pick up my glasses.
First time getting glasses at Costco. Rude customer service!! Walked in and asked the front older lady if they accept VSP insurance. She didn’t even look or respond to me. I asked again and she responded without even looking at me. While waiting, I noticed all other male workers seemed to be happy and friendly. But unfortunately, I was served by a young female that was rude. Even my young daughter said “that girl seems unhappy, what’s wrong with her?”. We are paying for out glasses and services! Great experience with Costco Optical. Optician Mark was very welcoming and incredibly helpful during my first visit. I was shocked with the low cost: after insurance, 2 pairs of progressive lenses with all the lens treatments for under $200. Large selection to choose from, with a variety of Kirkland (Costco-brand) as well as designer frames.
