They have a 'take a number' method which they encourage but don't follow. Poor service. Would recommend Costco optic from Redmond.

Unprofessional. They ignore customers and are rude
My experience at the Costco Optical Department was a complete disaster. After waiting half an hour to replace my child's broken glasses frames, they told me they were out of stock. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Even when I tried to buy new glasses, they ignored me to help another customer. Despite giving them all my insurance information, they said it wasn't in the system and wasted an hour of my time. The manager was just as dismissive.
