Avoid like the plague!!! Significantly under staffed = wait times are ridiculously long > 45 minutes. Though the staff might be nice, I do not think it truly reflects their competence = you don't squeeze lenses between thumb & fingers ... to avoid scratching the lens(es). NOT impressed :(
Sebastian at the front desk was wonderful, and went above and beyond for us. My fiance ripped a contact while on a trip for a wedding, Sebastian was able to get us a single replacement pair and have us in and out in less than 5 minutes.
Sebastian provided wonderful service and helped me out after my contact ripped and I am a long way from home. Huge thank you to Sebastian and excellent service!
We are so grateful for Mark in the Costco Optical department. He always takes extra time to help us, explains everything clearly, and makes sure we leave happy. His service is truly above and beyond. Because of him, our whole family gets all our frames and eyeglasses at Costco. Highly recommend asking for Mark!
Great customer service. I read some poor reviews and had to laugh. Pick out your frames by the time your number is called. Duh! You picked your frames, you can’t be mad if you didn’t don’t like the ones you picked! Duh! They are always busy…There is going to be a wait…bring a book! And , if you don’t like your glasses you can go back and they will help. Come on people, common sense. I had a great experience. I picked out several frames, before my number was called.
