Great customer service. I read some poor reviews and had to laugh. Pick out your frames by the time your number is called. Duh! You picked your frames, you can’t be mad if you didn’t don’t like the ones you picked! Duh! They are always busy…There is going to be a wait…bring a book! And , if you don’t like your glasses you can go back and they will help. Come on people, common sense. I had a great experience. I picked out several frames, before my number was called. Never answers the phone. Acts like they cant hear you on the other line. Wasn't born yesterday, I know when someone is acting that.
They have a 'take a number' method which they encourage but don't follow. Poor service. Would recommend Costco optic from Redmond.
The employees DO NOT manage the customers well. They make us wait in a vue but if you haven't selected your frames they send you to briwse
