Never answers the phone. Acts like they cant hear you on the other line. Wasn't born yesterday, I know when someone is acting that.
They have a 'take a number' method which they encourage but don't follow. Poor service. Would recommend Costco optic from Redmond.
The employees DO NOT manage the customers well. They make us wait in a vue but if you haven't selected your frames they send you to briwse
