Genuinely usually never leave a review but they acted so upset and irritated with my questions. Im 18 and dont have parents so having to figure this stuff out on my own and have alot of questions. Avoid like the plague!!! Significantly under staffed = wait times are ridiculously long > 45 minutes. Though the staff might be nice, I do not think it truly reflects their competence = you don't squeeze lenses between thumb & fingers ... to avoid scratching the lens(es). NOT impressed :(
Sebastian at the front desk was wonderful, and went above and beyond for us. My fiance ripped a contact while on a trip for a wedding, Sebastian was able to get us a single replacement pair and have us in and out in less than 5 minutes.
Sebastian provided wonderful service and helped me out after my contact ripped and I am a long way from home. Huge thank you to Sebastian and excellent service!
