Price is good but Workers in the Optical Dept are mostly unfriendly and have little customer service. The only nice person was Sabastian, and he just started there recently in 2025. He was quick and competent, also. The overall experience of trying to buy glasses was a negative in the previous years due to the unfriendly behavior of the staff. Very slow service, and their systems are outdated so they can’t even use an online prescription. Be prepared to work with people who take their sweet time and fail to do a thorough fitting for glasses.
