Extremely poor customer service. No staff answer telephone and one is left to leave messages which take forever to be returned. After sales service is the pits and I wish I had gone somewhere else for hearing services. A hard expensive experience to experience. John Williamson
I didn't buy anything from it but they have high quality devices and friendly staff
My dealings with the staff here was amazing. Cal the audiologist was brilliant, patient and attentive. Jo Lin on reception was wonderful, rang me 3 times one day offering me cancellation appointments. I would recommend Costco whole heartedly and will be back. Their product is also top notch. People, don’t let the lengthy time to get an appointment put you off, the end result is worth it!
