Yvonne was great, friendly, professional, and thorough in explanation. Most importantly to me, not salesy. The hearing test was more thorough than at another vendor I'd recently experienced. She let me test the hearing aids in the store, walking around. I had a great experience...and yes...I bought hearing aids because I wanted them for the hearing benefit they provide, not because she felt I needed them.
