Gaithersburg Costco Hearing Aid Center - Are they really good? Unbelievably TRUE! Have had hearing problems since childhood. For several years, struggled to hear clearly across large conference tables during office meetings. Silly me, did not like the concept of using a hearing aid. I passed the hearing center and saw a pretty black woman with a tight fitting sweater. I started talking to her and she said she was single. I told her it was my birthday this week and she said she would go out with me. She also made a hearing appointment Because she was going out with me. When I came to the appointment she said she could not do the test because of earwax. A waste of my time, she also said she would not go out with me
A disorganized zoo. Staff lost track of my appointment, served people out of order, didn't communicate at all, never told me what the problem was with my hearing aids. Three stars because previously service has been excellent.
Great service. The same testing and software at less than half the price of other places.
