If I could give no star review I would! I will never use the hearing center at Costco again. What a waste of time and money! It took me 3 months to get a hearing test. They said I needed hearing aids, but didn't sell me the correct ones. After multiple times going in for adjustments I was told that was all they could do for me...after my 180 days return was up. I then had my hearing tested by two different hearing places and was told I had more than hearing loss and the hearing aids they sold me wouldn't work. So, I had to p... read more
Hearing aids work good. Technician was well trained and very knowledgeable but the front counter help wasn't helpful at all, rude and very incompetent. Didn't care about customer care at all!
