Customer service is unacceptable except for one agent who seems to care about customers. Repair service is also unacceptable with the need of an appointment and a 3 week wait for shipping part to and from the company. Oh, then another appointment is needed to pick up the repaired part.
I had the unfortunate experience of trying to get service on my Costco hearing aids at the Christiana / Newark DE Costco. After waiting for some time for assistance (no one was at the counter) the senior specialist (Felix) came out and asked what I needed. When I advised that I had a problem with my hearing aid, he cut me off and said I needed an appointment. He was rude and abrupt. Maybe having a bad day? The customer service here is not great I went in and asked to have my hearing aids cleaned and the contact was a little rude saying I needed an appointment which I have never done before after asking nicely to please make an exception she did i prefer using the Glen mills location much better customer service
Initial appointment to fit the hearing aids was great along with the follow ups. Also, price was more reasonable than initial pair. Any issues have been handled very well. However, this week I had a problem, called and did not get a return call so made 45 minute drive. Person (L) at the front desk was very rude and advised an appointment was necessary. Anytime I brought my friend here we have to wait ,we set up an appointment,came here 10 mins early and she is always busy with something else,she said wait a little bit ,and than she is packing boxes,office supplies instead of taking care of the customer. We coming every once a while and she is always busy to do something else!! Ridiculous,!!! You have to wait always until THEY READY ,... WHILE THIS MEANTIME THEY NOT TAKING CARE OF ANY other CUSTOMERS.... either SO SLOW AND TOO COMFORTABLE THIS DEPARTMENT!!
