The worst Costco hearing center ever!! They are overloaded with customers, and you can’t get in for weeks. Overall, the staff is nice, just not accommodating in scheduling. Delaware may be small, but it really needs another Costco or enlarge and improve the existing hearing center since it serves not only DE, but also bordering states. I’m from Charlotte, a big metropolitan city, and you can usually just walk right in or be seen within 48 hours.
After spending $1700 on hearing aids you are sort of on your own. If you need adjustments or after sale care they do not call you back or give you any attention. No one is responsive and you get the run around. You may as well buy from the internet for all the help you get from Costco. Look elsewhere.
Customer service is unacceptable except for one agent who seems to care about customers. Repair service is also unacceptable with the need of an appointment and a 3 week wait for shipping part to and from the company. Oh, then another appointment is needed to pick up the repaired part.
I had the unfortunate experience of trying to get service on my Costco hearing aids at the Christiana / Newark DE Costco. After waiting for some time for assistance (no one was at the counter) the senior specialist (Felix) came out and asked what I needed. When I advised that I had a problem with my hearing aid, he cut me off and said I needed an appointment. He was rude and abrupt. Maybe having a bad day? The customer service here is not great I went in and asked to have my hearing aids cleaned and the contact was a little rude saying I needed an appointment which I have never done before after asking nicely to please make an exception she did i prefer using the Glen mills location much better customer service
