Not concerned about ensuring you get the right hearing aid. They pushed the KS 9.0 because they wear that one. Told them i Hate changing batteries requested rechargeable and informed them I have tinnitus which they should have known the KS 9.0 don’t support tinnitus at all. Requested the resound rechargeable hearing aids after explaining what my issues were and was told absolutely not and said I will refund you. Now I know when to go to Costco. We were 8n line less than 30 seconds. Great job.
That's very good place
Costco used to be very welcoming but now it seems as though they just try to get people in and out and customer service has been hit and miss since they moved to the new store. In addition the parking lot layout is a disaster and the food court is conveniently placed on the windy side of the building.
