I had a hearing check at Costco in Burbank. The hearing specialist was Ms. Natalie Majidi. She was answering my general questions with question. She wasn’t explaining anything and very rude. Either she was incompetent or super lazy. She didn’t even do a complete hearing check when her instrument was scratching my head because she didn’t even want to adjust it. She noticed my disappointment and was trying her best to not offer me any hearing aid. Very poor customer service and attitude.
Went to Costco Burbank to have my hearing aids cleaned and adjusted. The adjustment was very, very, bad. Went back. Ms. Cortez then told me the plastic part was no longer available. I checked, it was available. She then tried to sell me very expensive hearing aids. I realized the "no availability" was to promote the sale. I reported her to "Senior Abuse"....last night, I was advised by Costco management, that they will no longer adjust my Costco Hearing Aids. Today I will contact Senior Services Again. I am doing this review for a family member that is very pleased with the Burbank hearing aid Center. Jacqueline is very conscientious with her job but her best asset is the way she takes care of me when I come to her with a problem with my hearing aids. She is patient and always tries to explain whatever the problem is to solve it.
Have always had very positive experience with Evan and Jacklyn on all past visits to Costco hearing center in Burbank. Today, 8/23/23 neither of the two people mentioned above were there. Covering the hearing center was two young ladies. The one on the left side was the most rude insensitive person I have ever experienced. Costco should get rid of this new team and get Evan back there and ALWAYS ensure Jacklyn is there providing the pleasant customer service.
