Very cool staff. They are all very patient and courteous with the older folks. We recommend them!
Service in the hearing aid department is very good. However, Phillips hearing aids are poor quality when it comes to Bluetooth connectivity. The Bluetooth stops & starts on a whim. Good luck trying to get the hearing aids reconnected properly. Should not need to make a trip to Costco to reconnect to my Android phone. My previous hearing aids (Oticon) never ever had a Bluetooth issue with an Android phone.
The blond lady working the counter was amazing. My grandfather has a lisp that makes it hard for him to communicate, but she was very patient and went above and beyond to help him. 10/10 service.
