I have no complaints with store but these IDIOT KIDs who pumps gas is enough to piss ya off! I pull in told the kid to put 30$ in the tank, then I go into the store & my card (the only card I had with me) I got declined knowing I had 90$ on that card I should have had 60$ left to get a couple of things but no the punk put in as pre authorization for 75$ Which is not right at all! Has anyone run into a big decorative boulder placed at the corner in front of the Costco entrance parking area ?? Well, I did a few days ago when it was raining and traffic was jammed. Turned right a little prematurely and the rock being so tall it jammed into my front door lower panel. Made a claim with Costco but was denied. Said it's not their responsibility at all. Joined Costco not only for the pricing but also for hearing aids. I have had several friends and relatives tell me how great their experience was. Made and appointment (Sunday morning) and arrived about 15 minutes early. Informed staff of my name and appointment time and was told to sit down and wait to be called. Staff was more interested in a vacuum cleaner than in assisting me. To sum it up, most rude unprofessional bunch of people I have ever dealt with. I needed multiple TV mounts and storage bins; heavy & awkward items for just one person to carry/push. An employee named Clint was extremely helpful, informative and kind. He loaded the items in my car after waiting out front for me to pull around. It's just so nice to come across genuinely nice people & Clint is one of those people! Costco in Tulsa is very lucky to have him!

Is it your policy to use age as 0 and date of appointment as date of birth on audio gram results? Please clarify! I saw another's profile information on computer screen while sitting in room. Their actual date of birth and age were listed.
