Very disappointed with the Clearwater hearing center. This year my hearing had gotten bad enough I decided it was time for aids. I'd heard good things about Costco. I decided on the Jabra Enhance Pro 30 (Costco version, $1699) after research. Costco is a distance for us so we had never signed up but we bought an executive membership, unlocked our credit so we could get the charge card, waited about a month to get in for a Saturday AM appointment. I’d give them zero stars! Customer service here is deplorable. Melissa (audiologist) is rude , unprofessional and a real nightmare to have to deal with. Dudley (audiologist) is extremely condescending, passive aggressive and altogether unhelpful . Since the getgo had continued issues with the hearing aid performance in noisy environments, and inconsistent quality in fitting and adjustments. Have bought hearing aids here in past and was satisfied, however never again after last purchase. Staff is unresponsive to issues. Dudley is the worst. Rude and bad attitude.
I am sad to say that I agree with other reviewers about Dudley's poor attitude. My mom purchased her hearing aids from the Clearwater store (which we love by the way - will continue to shop here for all of our needs) and it has always been a delightful experience until a few weeks ago when Dudley was working. He was incredibly rude, impatient, and acting like he was being put upon to do his job.
