Someone referred me to Costco for my next set of hearing aids. So I went to the Scottsdale location and after researching bought the KIRLAND brand. They were supposed to b in within 1 week but it took 3 weeks. But they are easy to program and the battery lasts a week to 10 days! Then I had to make 3 appts to have them adjusted for my specific hearing needs. Appts were taken on time with a very pleasant & friendly staff. Great pricing on different brands and types of hearing aids. Chad was my technician and did a good job of explaining my purchase options after my hearing exam and explaining my hearing results. Great customer service and you always have the Costco satisfaction backing. Definitely recommend.
