Great place with a lot of variety
No issues. Various types of units depending on hearing impairment. Quick appointments for changing filters, tune ups etc.
Great prices. Friendly and competent staff. No high pressure to buy. Warranty is outstanding.
Someone referred me to Costco for my next set of hearing aids. So I went to the Scottsdale location and after researching bought the KIRLAND brand. They were supposed to b in within 1 week but it took 3 weeks. But they are easy to program and the battery lasts a week to 10 days! Then I had to make 3 appts to have them adjusted for my specific hearing needs. Appts were taken on time with a very pleasant & friendly staff.
