Amazing staff that care about the customer (Kim and Tina)! I have had my hearing aids for just over a year which I love,(Kirkland brand made by Sonova). After noticing a decline in my range of hearing I set up an appt. with Kim. She worked her magic to map an improved profile and switched out the earpiece which felt like I had a completely new set. I just picked my new Costco Phillips hearing aids! I am an experienced hearing aid wearer. These $1600 hearing aids so far seem superior to my old hearing aids that were much more expensive. The sound is crystal clear. Could not be more happy with them and the customer service I received in the Enfield Ct Costco!!
Initial appointment and fitting was excellent. Tech knew what she was doing and was very patient. Tech said to stop in at any time for a cleaning. When we did stop in, we were greeted by a rude woman who told us that we needed an appointment and stopping in without an appointment was not appropriate. I asked if she could make us an appointment and she said "No I am busy".
I'm a first time hearing aid wearer. Had my hearing test scheduled within a week after I called the W Springfield, MA store. P icked up my 10.0T devices a week later. Seem to be an improvement around the house and listening to podcasts. Great appointments with Linda.
