Initial appointment and fitting was excellent. Tech knew what she was doing and was very patient. Tech said to stop in at any time for a cleaning. When we did stop in, we were greeted by a rude woman who told us that we needed an appointment and stopping in without an appointment was not appropriate. I asked if she could make us an appointment and she said "No I am busy".
I'm a first time hearing aid wearer. Had my hearing test scheduled within a week after I called the W Springfield, MA store. P icked up my 10.0T devices a week later. Seem to be an improvement around the house and listening to podcasts. Great appointments with Linda.

The big-box format is overwhelming.
Excellent customer service and very friendly staff, however I am no so sure about the qualifications of the technicians. I have purchased KS9 not too long ago and already have been for the fitting 3 times and I am still unsatisfied with the fitting.
