The Hearing specialist Marianne Hogge who works there is very RUDE and grumpy. My hearing aid remote control had been working perfectly until she adjusted my hearing aid program. It stops giving indicating sound when turning on/off. I went back to see her right away. She said "Why did you try to turn off your hearing aid?
