I have nothing but positive things to say about the hearing aid center in Costco Matthews. ALL of the audiologists have been nothing but helpful and considerate when asked for help or just having questions about hearing aids. They show respect to everyone from what I’ve seen and heard while walking by. When asked with several questions, they have been patient and kind and compassionate when answering questions. I will GLADLY keep shopping at Costco Matthews and using the hearing aid center in the future.
If i didn't have the Charlotte Costco for my own hearing aids, I think I'd rather eat the cost of getting them elsewhere than deal with these people. Ive been listening to and helping my mother with hers that she got here and im flabbergasted they have a straight up five star rating. But five ratings total isn't particularly weighted, so.... I have been there 3 times. I bought my new set of hearing aids at the Matthews store. They were fantastic. I have been there a total of 4times. Each time there are two or threeoldpeople just showing up no appointment needing adjustments. TodayI was one. I could not have been treated better. I am so happy. Compared to Charlotteear nose and throat where I would be billed $300 for an adjustment, not even seeing an audiologist. I cannot recommend these people more. Mary Barnett is the best! She was very patient and kind with my grandmother during her testing and fitting. Highly recommended
