I have been there 3 times. I bought my new set of hearing aids at the Matthews store. They were fantastic. I have been there a total of 4times. Each time there are two or threeoldpeople just showing up no appointment needing adjustments. TodayI was one. I could not have been treated better. I am so happy. Compared to Charlotteear nose and throat where I would be billed $300 for an adjustment, not even seeing an audiologist. I cannot recommend these people more. professional staff, solid brands, good prices and incredible service after the sale. Bought three pair there. Would not go anywhere else.
