This particular Costco is horrible. Corporate must come to assess the quality of service and quality of products. They are short of staff, customer service has a huge line, only one person behind the counter. When I asked to get more staff, she said I need to speak to the manager. The manager was nowhere to be found. The store was disorganized and not clean. I’ve purchased salmon for dinner, only to find out it was spoiled, had awful smell of ammonia. It went to the garbage. They dont sell nothing not even a single drink or something to eat for someone whos only need anything to dont fall in dehydratation.
I’ve always had good experiences with the North Miami hearing center. I appreciate the customer service and support. They even loaned me a charger when mine went dead. That’s going the extra mile.
