My mom had her hearing test from an ENT, who recommended getting hearing aids from Costco. Yes, she had to take another hearing test at Costco but we had an amazing experience with Mike. He was very patient and did a great job explaining things to my mom, who is struggling with the idea of having to use hearing aids. Very unprofessional. ENT doctor approved, tested and recommended hearing aids for me 2 trips to Madison Hgt hearing center they always found an issues the Beaumont doctors couldn’t. Last trip waited 25 minutes past my appointment. No customers in the booths or office area. If that’s how customers are treated before the sale, imagine getting service. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Costco May be one that wants to work and treat customers with respect.
Questioning if this hearing aid center is even real. I've tried calling and going in, at different times, on different days, and left multiple messages over the last 2 months. I have yet to ever speak to anyone. While I've heard great things about Costco heading aids, this is clearly not the place to get them.
