I’ve been wearing Costco hearing aids for about 4 years now. Purchased, serviced and cared for by the Lancaster, PA team. Each of their staff is professional, caring, helpful and patient. The prices are excellent, hearing tests are free, with a great warranty policy. I love getting all my phone calls directly through my cell phone. I just had a retest and all is well! Thank you Lancaster Costco Hearing Center!
1/3 of the price the regular “Hearing Aid Store” charges, without the guilt! Every time I took Mom in to her old “Store” I would be given a guilt trip for spending only $7 Grand instead of $15 Grand. (That we don’t have sitting around) And the quality has been the same or better here at Costco!
Picked up hearing aids today after my 3 year service. Thank you Sarah (drop off) and Kelsey (pick up)! Always pleasant, friendly service with a smile. Definitely the go to place for hearing aids here in Lancaster PA. Great price, great staff, great product!
