Philips Hearing Aids are not reliable. I replaced the Kirkland ones in the past year. The right one died and they replaced it with another one after waiting two weeks for the repair and not able to hear. Now I am out of the country and the right one has died again. What a predicament not being able to hear while traveling through New Zealand. I definitely would NOT recommend the Philips Costco Hearing Aids.
