Today. I got a complete hearing exam and evaluation then received a set of new Hearing Aids, perfectly tuned to my needs. For me, this was an emergency. . . . I am leaving the country for an extended stay tomorrow. Adam Sanchez heard my news and rose to the occasion with understanding, a sense of urgency and complete professionalism. Had difficult time...phillips hearing aid is good...matt originally helped me and was wonderful....one person messed it all up...i think debbie fixed it back like matt did it so was great again....others waiti g were upset too
Nobody ever answers the phone! We've been there many times when there is someone sitting at the front desk. It's ridiculous to automatically send calls to voicemail. Also the hearing aids have been disappointing. My husband got the mid range cost, but they aren't very helpful. He'll be going to a different hearing center now. It's unfortunate because he paid nearly $2,000.00 about 2 years ago. I wouldn't recommend them. I'm surprised Costco has a partnership with them.

Hearing aids are expensive the Costco hearing aid bundle is fairly reasonable. The after purchase service is a 10.
