Costco hearing center on Tyvola Road in Charlotte, N.C. is top notch. I have had their hearing aids for 3 years now and they are an excellent product. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly and they stand behind their product. I had to use the warranty on one of my hearing aids and they fixed it within the warranty period for free and did a wonderful job. Terrible experience and customer service. We just moved to the area and my husbands hearing aid broke. I called and asked I I could get an appointment to fix his hearing aid and have his hearing tested. They offered me an appointment right away, however I wanted his hearing tested as well and needed to take off work. We waited a couple of weeks for an appointment, I took off work, and went to the Costco. When we checked in the young woman who checked us in said we only had a 15-minute appointment to get his hearing aid fixed... read more
