their customer service is terrible. also they don’t answer their phone but ask to leave a message. the female employee ( i didn’t get her name)who was working thursday november 13, 2025 was very rude and not willing to take care of a quick exchange of their loaner hearing aid charger that i was returning so they would have it for some other customer who might need one for the charger that had been ordered for me , until the manager of the store was called in to settle the dispute. it took more time for her to walk across the... read more
