Absolutely abismal customer service. We brought my mother-in-law in for hearing aids. At my dads suggestion. After 6 months one of the hearing aids has broken we dropped it off to be fixed. My wife asked if her mother would need an appointment to get them fixed and was told she would not. Also the new hearing aid would be replaced in a week. That was over a month ago and we still don't have the fixed hearing aid. We've stopped at the counter multiple times while in costco to ask if the hearing aid was ready and they act like... read more
