I got there a little late cuz of the rain but they were still able to help me they cleaned my hearing aids gave me a new wire on one side cuz it was bent and they didn't charge me. I find them very easy to deal with
I left a message and it took almost the whole day to get back to me. But other than that, the service was excellent. Joe took care of my wheelchair-bound 94 year old father with great care and patience.

I called the Clybourn store to have my hearing aids cleaned. The answering service promised to return the call which never happened. I went to the store for shopping and asked the attending person at the hearing center whether the cleaning could be done within the 90 minutes I was at the store because I had this cleaning done before at another Costco. It was just a matter of placing it in a machine for a time. This attendant gruffly said she couldn’t do it in that time frame and that I should return later. Poor service!
Hearing aids for a fair price. Great service and staff.
