Whoever works at the front desk is very rude and immature. Please Costco, you need to replace her. She has horrible customer service skills..she has a bad attitude. Everyone else at the hearing aid center is pleasant.
I want to personally thank Rosana for going above and beyond her job to helping me resolve an issue, she’s a dedicated Costco employee. Thanks again for your help.
I have had some interactions with the woman who works there, she is dreadful. Completely rude over the phone, and actually yelled at me when I was in the store. I will try calling there on her day off, perhaps her coworker is worth contacting. Absolutely love Costco- she does not typify Costco customer service.
