I was ready to return the hearing aids I bought in April because the 180 day return period was almost up. Ed advised me to see Lauren before I returned them. I am so glad I did because she adjusted everything, gave me instructions and hooked me up to the app. I am hearing so much better now. I wish I had had her from the beginning.
Poor customer service~~~I am having a static issue with my hearing aids. Make an appointment & drive to Manahawkin only to have the receptionist tell me, it's not the hearing aids. If it only happens when you text or play a game, it's your phone. This is my 2nd phone since I had the hearing aids, it happened on both & has been happening since I got them. I find it hard to believe that's the issue.
