Jennifer my audiologist and Crystal at the front office were amazing. They are are very professional and they met all my expectations. Was a bit leery using Costco as my choice of for hearing aids but I am so glad I did. Testing was thorough even doing real ear measurements to dial things in even further. Steve is very professional, explaining each step in detail during the hearing test. When my hearing aids arrived, he demonstrated how they work and I left the store informed.
