Staff was not helpful and refused to even look at my mom’s broken hearing aid. We jumped off the Costco bandwagon and went with Sams Club!

I was very pleased with the time the technician took to do a very thorough exam. But because I had asymmetric hearing loss I needed a doctors clearance.. to make sure there was nothing serious going on. The audiologist at the doctor's office found very similar results. I am very happy with the hearing aids I received and the service and support has been terrific
