Mario was very informative and knowledgeable to my husband’s hearing aids, he took the time to show him how compatible they were to his iPhone and made them comfortable for him to wear , he did his job and did it well. He’s definitely in the right field
Great service, reasonable prices
My review is based solely on the getting of an appointment. I schedule one - got a call that they had a family emergency and needed to reschedule. Completely understandable - when I called to reschedule I booked for 10am appointment that somehow got added at 3pm in their calendar. The day before I got a call saying they had earlier appointments available if I would like to switch from 3pm. I left a voice mail message back saying I had it down for 10am already and to please call me to confirm. No call, so I showed up at 10am.... read more
