Hearing aid teams is wonderful. My hearing aids did not work out the receptionist is very rude and condescending I was trying to return my hearing aids and was told they would not return them unless I had a charging block. As long as I have the hearing aids and case they can return them from what I was told by the specialist. I would definitely recommend Costco hearing aids, but beware of the receptionist at this Costco.
Dr. Joe Riggs is very patient, conscientious, polite, and explains everything. His team makes the process quick, easy and pain free. He truly has a way with helping you to understand the science and technology in a very quick and simple way. No bull.
Staff very knowledgeable.
