Completed almost all of the hearing test which took a long time then the “system froze”. The associate came in and said nothing saved so she would just do it manually. Listened to each click of the mouse and just a few short minutes later, Miraculously hearing is fine now. Waste of time.
All at hearing aides department were very helpful and kind. Follow up service has been great.
Excellent staff, great products, reasonable prices.
My wife (who is a Costco Executive Member) and I spent almost $2k on a new pair of hearing aids from Costco St. Peters less than a year ago, only to be told a few days ago that Costco is no longer mailing domes and filters... Meaning my wife would have to drive 4 hours to pick up what she needs to make her hearing aids function properly. Buyer Beware: I have spent thousands on Costco hearing aids (two different brands) and purchased my first aids from Costco in St. Peters several years ago.
