I have been coming here for five years. I love my hearing aids and have always been treated with respect. A new woman wouldn’t clean my hearing aids while I shopped like Costco has been doing since my purchase. She was nasty and said that they have been telling me that I need an appointment and cannot drop in to shop and get a cleaning. BTW Costco, I just bought 1k worth of tires at your tire center. That gentleman was great!
Purchased hearing aids in November 2023. My exam was very thorough and detailed. Everything was explained to me, recommendations and suggestions were made, and I've been 100 percent satisfied. Laurie is so kind and patient. Very professional. I recently stopped in to have my hearing aids cleaned and analyzed, firmware update, new tips put on, and was told I should come in every 4-6 months to have my equipment checked out. Once again, Laurie took her time with me and made sure I left satisfied. Thank you
