I purchased my hearing aids at the Sioux Falls Costco. The audiologist was wonderful & I love my hearing aids. Along with the purchase comes free, regular cleaning, which has been my problem. Often my husband takes them in when he goes to Costco & almost everytime they mess them up. I have had the ear hook put on backwards, the earmold not attached correctly & it came off in my ear & had to be dug out, and now they put the incorrect earmold on one of my hearing aids. Amanda was so amazing. She is very knowledgeable of the entire hearing aid process. She was very deliberate to make sure his hearing aids were paired with his phone. We highly recommend Amanda to anyone who needs hearing assistance.
