Patty was incredible. She explained everything in great detail and took her time to go over options. We felt like she truly cared and treated us like family.

I took my elderly father to Costco to check out hearing aids. His appointment was with Daisy. She was absolutely amazing. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and very kind. She communicated with my father every step of the way from the 1st appt hearing exam to 2nd appt getting the hearing aids to 3rd appt answering questions and showing how to clean hearing aids. I highly recommend Costco and especially Daisy. He purchased the Jabra brand.
Horrible customer service and horrible product, this is the third time have to fix the issues will never get from costco.
I went to Sterling’s Costco Hearing department to see Toni based on a friend’s recommendation. Toni was very knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule. I highly recommend him.
