Hi everyone. I’m writing because I had a wonderful experience at Costco’s hearing aid department at Glen Mills, PA. KRISTA who helped me with my new hearing aids was FANTASTIC!!!! After years of avoiding my obvious hearing loss, I finally decided to break down and get a hearing aid. I didn't need a test to tell me how badly I needed one, my wife, family, and friends became increasingly frustrated. I was missing out on a lot of conversations and becoming a little withdrawn. Very responsive. Customer friendly. DO NOT visit your local high-price audiologist before you try this price-friendly Costco location for your hearing needs. Ed and his team are great. Kirkland hearing aids are excellent value.
