After years of avoiding my obvious hearing loss, I finally decided to break down and get a hearing aid. I didn't need a test to tell me how badly I needed one, my wife, family, and friends became increasingly frustrated. I was missing out on a lot of conversations and becoming a little withdrawn. Very responsive. Customer friendly. DO NOT visit your local high-price audiologist before you try this price-friendly Costco location for your hearing needs. Ed and his team are great. Kirkland hearing aids are excellent value.

Excellent well trained knowledgeable staff. Better than the folk I saw in audiology at Abrams downtown who want $300 to simply show you the range they have available. They will not at Penn recommend best suited for your condition. Costco recommended what is best for my condition and trained me!
