Recently took my 92 year old friend into Costco's Hearing Aid department to begin her journey of better hearing. She was assisted by THE NICEST most polite and helpful young man named Danial. This rep was so gentle with every need my very fragile friend had. True gentleman any mother or employer would be proud to have. Good job! Sincerely Kelly
Couldn't get my hearing device cleaned cause I have to have a appt first to have a hearing test..I used to take mind in to have cleaned, but now I can't..I never needed a appt..they would just cleaned them for me.. plus the lady was so rude that she didn't get her lunch..would not recommend anyone to go there. Ladies are rude..
These are fine hearing aids for the price. Except! One of mine has to be taken back to the store every week for a cleaning I can’t perform. Otherwise, it will not connect with my phone or anything else. I’m getting tired of this.
