Shame on Costco corporate leadership!! Ever since they took away the deak attendant the dispensing techs are running ragged trying to return calls, answer random questions from people walking by, etc. while trying to help people in-person with appointments. Twice I left a message to schedule and over a week went by with no return call. I don't blame the techs at all. Had the best experience with a gentleman (Rex) in the Woodinville, Washington’s hearing aid department. Very attentive and explained everything in regards to what my options were with the available hearing aids. He went into detail about the warranty, how adjustments can be made remotely, follow up visits, etc. - - I went with Costco’s hearing aids because of the service Rex provided, along with the cost when compared to others.
