Costco's hearing aid center in Vancouver, WA is very service oriented. I have had nothing but positive experiences with their audiologists, including Shelly and Nicolette, and their staff, including especially Jordan, who has gone out of his way to help. They have current technology at reasonable prices. More than four years after buying hearing aids and bundled accessories, they've helped me tune and service them. I couldn't be happier with my Costco Hearing Aids and their warranty! My initial experience of getting them was great, but almost 2 years later I lost them on vacation. I called, went in, filled out some paperwork and then 2 weeks later was fitted with a brand-new pair. The quality and service are excellent! I highly recommend!
