Impossible to deal with. After the test I submitted paperwork to Dr then to insurance. After that the Dr sent the insurance approval to Costco in Fredericksburg. They did nothing with it and when I stopped by they told me they didn't need it. I said OK, let's order the device. They then said I would have to make another appointment to order the device. I pointed out that I had already selected the device in order to submit to insurance and I was ready to order. They said they were too busy, so I walked away. They spent an ho... read more
Service used to be great. Now, everything is by appointment only--no walk ins. If there's only one person there she closes early because she doesn't want to stay there until closing. One of them has poor customer service skills and isn't very friendly at all. I don't think I've ever even seen her smile. I bought a $1599 pair of hearing hearing aids there and when I started having trouble with them I was told they were made more for IPhones not Androids. Why wasn't I told that before I bought them?
Excellent technician. Service is abysmal. They don't adhere to availability of someone at the reception desk, return phone calls etc. Everything has to be scheduled. No drop in service. Will never go back.
Great service! I was traveling in the area from NJ and my hearing aid broke and they fixed it quickly and for no charge. Laura was great. Very friendly and helpful!
