Excellent technician. Service is abysmal. They don't adhere to availability of someone at the reception desk, return phone calls etc. Everything has to be scheduled. No drop in service. Will never go back.
Great service! I was traveling in the area from NJ and my hearing aid broke and they fixed it quickly and for no charge. Laura was great. Very friendly and helpful!
Great experience stopping here a couple weeks ago! Shawn is very knowledgeable and highly encourage setting an appointment with him if you have a chance for your hearing needs.
