They were more thurough than any oc my audiologist or ENT doctors. Set me up with phonak 1 yr & 1/2 ago and they've been pretty good, especially the bluetooth feature. Teri at Costco took her time with me and didn't make me feel like a number.

I brought my 100-year-old mother-in-law to Costco because she had lost one of her Miracle Ear hearings aids. She hadn't been tht satisfied with them, and I was happy with my previous experience purchasing hearing aids at Costco. Technician Teri took care of us, and she did an excellent job, explaining everything so that Mary understood. When Mary heard that she could get a pair of hearing aids for $1,600, she went ahead and ordered them. Michael cho is a horrible person! He has no customer service skills! Go to city of industry and talk to Fernando. Fernando is a lot more professional and caring, unlike Michael.
