We had a wonderful experience at the Costco Hearing Aid Center at Fountain Valley, Baher Isaac and the entire staff went above and beyond to help my grandmother get tested for hearing aids and expedited the entire process given that she was visiting from out of town. He did a terrific job walking us through the entire process and was patient with my grandmother during the whole experience. Went to return a Philips brand system that was toning my father's ears, and it took forever for the return. Stephanie was not very friendly, and neither was the manager that processed the return. I would definitely not recommend this facility in Fountain Valley.
Traffic was a night mare, but once I got checked in, I was empty in 30 minutes. Be watchful of the four wheelers because they are in a hurry and don't give a dam
