Yes, they are professional during your appointment. Please understand that you will wait weeks to get an appointment, pay for your hearing ads upfront and then wait up to a month for your fitting. If you need to reschedule you go to the back of the line. Your phone call goes immediately to voice mail and is returned the next day. If you do not answer the phone the process continues. Appointments are suppose to be available by request on Sunday, but they are not.
