Purchased hearing aids for the second time from Costco. The people I've worked with have been fantastic from start to finish. I'm amazed when I hear what others have paid for theirs elsewhere. Anything over 2000. and you are being ripped off. You can trust Costco.
Everyone who is unfortunately in the market for a hearing aid has heard the argument from stand alone audiologists that Costco doesn't provide good service, that their hearing aid staff isn't properly trained, that there is minimal after sales service and that their hearing aid offerings are not as current as "you can buy from us". This, they say explains the price differential between a top of the line Kirkland set at $1800 and one that they will sell you for $5000 plus. WHAT NONSENSE!!!
