We bought, for my wife, several hearing aids over the years from other sources who "oversold" her with high priced hearing aids and the add-on gimmicks that added even more costs. At Costco she bought the recommended RECHARGEABLE ( no batteries ~ just a cool drop-in recharging base ) hearing aids for well under $ 2K. The free follow-up service ( cleaning, ear cups, etc.) has been very helpful, also. If you buy elsewhere, you will simply be wasting your money. I haven't bought many things I could honestly describe as life-changing - but the hearing aids I got from Costco are that. I now catch almost everything being said in meetings in which before I barely caught a thing; conversations are no longer arduous and stressful. Music is a joy to listen to again. The set I just bought were 1/4 of the cost of my previous pair but are astoundingly better. The work done by Tyler was very thorough and meticulous.
