The staff are great here. I was just in there yesterday at 5p. The lady working at the receptionist desk was amazing. I brought in 2 hearing aids that I was having problems with and she had them cleaned and repaired and 15 minutes. Thank you!!
We bought, for my wife, several hearing aids over the years from other sources who "oversold" her with high priced hearing aids and the add-on gimmicks that added even more costs. At Costco she bought the recommended RECHARGEABLE ( no batteries ~ just a cool drop-in recharging base ) hearing aids for well under $ 2K. The free follow-up service ( cleaning, ear cups, etc.) has been very helpful, also. If you buy elsewhere, you will simply be wasting your money.
