We called 3 times throughout the day with no answer. After leaving a message, we still didn’t hear back. When we went in person at 9:10am, we waited for 30 minutes before anyone showed up. When they did show up they said they were booked for over a month in advance and said I should have called and left a message. If you can get in, their services may be good, but I’d have no way of knowing. We will be reconsidering our membership after this experience.
I came in without an appointment about my right side hearing aid not working and they are from Costco approx 2017 and they told me about 20 minutes. They did better than that and replaced my receiver cleaned both hearing aids and charged nothing. Excellent service. Receptionist and Dr. Collin
