My 91 year old mother needs hearing aids. The tech who tested her hearing told me that her ears were full and could not get a good reading. Very thoughtful, professional and honest. When her ears are cleared, I will take her back to Costco. Also, I did research and found they have the best prices for hearing aides.
I bought my in ear hearings aids here over 3 years ago and glad I did. The service staff at the Antioch store is Nothing but Excellent!
